A wide-range of suppliers will support our business operations and we help ensure that diverse businesses have the opportunity to compete on an equal basis.

By submitting this electronic vendor registration, you certify and warrant to each public & private agency that you are authorized to: (i)register as a WACommerce supplier; (ii) file all of the information requested in this registration process; and (iii) enter into this Agreement. By submitting this electronic vendor registration, you agree that:

The system is self-maintained, and you are responsible for updating your registration information. You shall use the WACommerce vendor registration update functionality to update your registration information a minimum of once every calendar year. Information not validated may be considered inactive and removed from the WACommerce system to protect buyers. You hereby warrant to every public & private agency that the information provided by you through WACommerce is accurate and current, even if different information is or has been available to or received by public agency personnel through means other than the WACommerce registration.

All direct buy, short buy and sales opportunities are managed by GovCart a federally compliant online sales management program. WACommerce is not responsible for undeliverable e-mails if they are not input correctly.

All information submitted to WACommerce is subject to the mandates of Chapter 42.17 RCW Public Records Disclosure. WACommerce will protect the information to the extent provided by law.
